On-Call Schedules
Schedules determine who is responsible for a service at any given time.
Creating a Schedule
Navigate to Schedules > New Schedule.
Rotations
A schedule is built from one or more Layers. A layer defines a rotation pattern.
Daily Rotation
- Rotation Type: Daily
- Handoff Time: When the shift changes (e.g., 09:00 AM)
- User A -> User B -> User C -> (Repeat)
Weekly Rotation
- Rotation Type: Weekly
- Handoff Time: Which day of the week the shift changes (e.g., Monday 09:00 AM)
- User A -> User B -> (Repeat)

Multiple Layers
You can stack layers to verify complex patterns.
* Layer 1: Weekday rotation (Mon-Fri)
* Layer 2: Weekend rotation (Sat-Sun)
The schedule will flatten these layers into a single timeline of who is on-call.
